TUESDAY, NOV. 6

VEHICLE CRASH: No one was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 11:15 a.m. at Airport Avenue and Bellfountain Road. A man reported the crash to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office later in the day, saying someone hit his company van.

FRIDAY, NOV. 9

BAR DISTURBANCE: Philomath Police responded at 9:32 p.m. to a disturbance at the Meet’n Place Tavern. The officer determined that the altercation had been verbal only, and he warned one of the parties not to return to the establishment.

MONDAY, NOV. 12

BURGLARY: A Benton County sheriff deputy responded to an address on Marys River Road for a report of a burglary. The homeowner said that around 3 a.m. his renters reported hearing someone in the abandoned house on the property, a structure that has been broken into before. Nothing was missing.

TUESDAY, NOV. 13

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: Philomath Police responded at 9:46 a.m. to a domestic disturbance at a residence on the 1800 block of Applegate Street. The officer determined that the altercation, an argument over living arrangements, was verbal only.

FALSE ALARM: Philomath Police responded at 12:21 p.m. to an activated panic alarm at the Philomath Fire & Rescue station on Main Street. Police determined there was no emergency.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 14

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Philomath Police arrested John Boatwright, 86, of Philomath, on a charge of disorderly conduct after he allegedly stated that he was going to shoot at least one of the parties he was with while he was visibly carrying a weapon. The arrest took place at an address on the 300 block of North Ninth Street.

WELFARE CHECK: Philomath Police performed a welfare check at 9:25 p.m. at a house on the 300 block of North Ninth Street.

MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE: Philomath Police responded at 10:19 p.m. to a residence on the 100 block of North 19th Street to assist someone having a mental health crisis.

THURSDAY, NOV. 15

DUII: Philomath Police arrested Michael W. Hageman, 50, of Bend, on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants following a traffic stop at 1:05 a.m. near 14th Street and Applegate Street. Hageman’s blood alcohol content reportedly measured 0.11 percent.

WELFARE CHECK: A welfare check was requested at 5:13 p.m. for an individual living at an address on the 3100 block of Main Street.

DANGEROUS ANIMAL: Philomath Police investigated a complaint of a dangerous dog roaming the neighborhood, and ultimately located the animal’s residence on the 300 block of North Ninth Street. The owner was issued a “dog at large” citation.

FRIDAY, NOV. 16

NOISE COMPLAINT: Philomath Police responded at 2:52 a.m. to a noise complaint on the 3100 block of Main Street. The responsible parties agreed to turn down the music.

MEDICAL: 10:39 p.m., 1000 block of Main Street.

TUESDAY, NOV. 13

MEDICAL: 9:05 a.m., 800 block of North 19th Street.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 14

MEDICAL: 12:14 p.m., 500 block of South 19th Street.

PUBLIC ASSIST: 11:33 p.m., 100 block of North 19th Street.

THURSDAY, NOV. 15

MEDICAL: 6:05 a.m., 1200 block of Pioneer Street.
