SATURDAY, SEPT. 29

SCRAP WOOD/LOG FIRE: Emergency responders from Philomath Police Department, Philomath Fire & Rescue, and Corvallis Fire Department responded around 4:50 a.m. to a fire at a pallet manufacturing facility on the 200 block of North 14th Street. No structures were damaged in flames that burned up scrap wood and logs. The fire was not determined to be suspicious, according to Philomath Police.

RESTRAINING ORDER VIOLATION: Philomath Police took a report of the subject of a restraining order allegedly leaving a voicemail on the phone of the protected individual.

GAS THEFT: Philomath Police took a report at 4:30 p.m. of a Towne Pump customer allegedly leaving without paying for gas.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 30

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: Philomath Police responded at 1:27 p.m. for a report of a disturbance at an address on the 200 block of North 17th Street. The responding officer contacted an involved party and determined that the altercation had been verbal only.

FOUND PROPERTY: Philomath Police reunited a purse that had been found at Jona’s Market with the purse’s owner.

STOLEN DOG: Philomath Police picked up a dog at 8 a.m. from a residence on the 400 block of North 12th Street. The dog was allegedly stolen from Bend.

MONDAY, OCT. 1

RESTRAINING ORDER VIOLATION: Philomath Police took a report of a restraining order violation.

TUESDAY, OCT. 2

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Philomath Police responded at 4:33 p.m. to Benton County Schools Credit Union at 1710 Main St. for a report of a suspicious person.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 3

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: Philomath Police responded at 6:56 p.m. to a report of a disturbance on the 1800 block of Main Street. The parties already separated themselves by the time the officer arrived.

THURSDAY, OCT. 4

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Philomath Police took a report of a resident on the 2400 block of Newton Street finding a broken meth pipe in the resident’s backyard.

DUII (DRUGS): Philomath Police arrested 27-year-old Hanna Fisher of Portland and 29-year-old Jacob Anderson of Portland following a traffic stop at 10:49 p.m. on the 900 block of Main Street. Fisher was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and driving under the influence of drugs. Anderson was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant and a charge of heroin possession.

METH: Philomath Police cited and released Jo A. Bauer, 64, of Philomath, on a charge of possession of methamphetamine following a citation request from the Benton County District Attorney’s Office. The interaction took place at 8:13 p.m. at an address on the 200 block of 53rd Street.

ODOR INVESTIGATION: 6:24 a.m., 400 block of South 27th Street.

UNINTENTIONAL ALARM: 11:44 a.m., 1900 block of College Street.

MUTUAL AID (CANCELED EN ROUTE): 10:46 p.m., 24500 block of Territorial Highway, Monroe.

TUESDAY, OCT. 2

MEDICAL: 1:54 p.m., 22000 block of Wells Creek Road.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 3

TRAFFIC CRASH: 8:04 a.m., 7200 block of Southwest Philomath Boulevard.

MEDICAL: 4:21 p.m., 2100 block of Wooded Knolls Drive.
