SATURDAY, MARCH 9

TRESPASSING: Philomath police responded at 3:59 a.m. to Eco Express Laundry to investigate an activated burglar alarm. Erik L. Devaney, 42, no fixed address, was booked and released on a charge of second-degree criminal trespassing.

SUNDAY, MARCH 10

DISTURBANCE: Philomath police responded at 3:56 a.m. to the 24500 block of Ervin Road to aid the Benton County Sheriff’s Office with a domestic disturbance. No further information was provided.

WARRANT: A Benton County sheriff deputy cited and released 44-year-old Andrew Gerald Windom of Alsea on a Linn County warrant for failing to appear in court on a methamphetamine possession charge. Windom was a passenger in a car that the deputy pulled over at 2:30 p.m. on Peterson Road near Ervin Road.

CAR PROWL: Philomath police responded at 9:35 p.m. to a report of a car prowl in progress on the 800 block of North 12th Street. The officer arrived within 2 minutes of the call, but was unable to locate a suspect.

TUESDAY, MARCH 12

WARRANT: Philomath police arrested Shelby Christine Hibbs, 21, of Philomath at 5:30 p.m. on a local municipal court warrant.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13

WARRANT: Philomath police arrested Terry Lee Pape, 43, of Albany, on a Benton County warrant for failure to appear in court on a strangulation charge. Pape was a passenger in a vehicle that the officer pulled over at 7:55 p.m. on 11th Street and Main Street.

DISTURBANCE: Philomath police responded at 9:10 p.m. to the 700 block of South 13th Street to aid the Benton County Sheriff’s Office with a domestic disturbance. The officer contacted the involved parties and ensured the scene was safe. Then deputies arrived on scene and took over. No further information was provided.

WARRANT: Philomath police responded at 9:23 p.m. to the 400 block of South 18th Street to perform a welfare check. During the process, the officer came into contact with 33-year-old Denise Elizabeth Becker of Corvallis. Becker was arrested on a local municipal court warrant for contempt of court.

THURSDAY, MARCH 14

VANDALISM: Philomath police responded at 1:14 a.m. to a residence on the 600 block of North 12th Street for a report of vandalism that had occurred the previous day.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY: Philomath police responded at 5:34 a.m. to the 200 block of South 19th Street for a report of someone going through residents’ recycling containers. The officer contacted the individual in question and determined that no crime was committed.

AGENCY ASSIST: Philomath police responded at 7:10 a.m. to the 6000 block of Southwest Philomath Boulevard in Corvallis for a report of a rollover crash. No further details were provided.

DOG AT LARGE: Philomath police responded at 8:48 p.m. to the 200 block of North 14th Street to resolve a neighborhood dispute involving unleashed pets.

MEDICAL: 8:55 p.m., 24200 block of Old Peak Road.

MEDICAL: 9:45 p.m., 100 block of South 13th Street.
