The annual Ecumenical Worship Service in the Park is set for 10 a.m. Sunday at Central Park, 650 NW Monroe Ave., Corvallis.

Local residents are invited to join worshippers from six Corvallis faith communities. Ministers and representatives of First Christian Church, First Congregational United Church of Christ, the Episcopal Church of the Good Samaritan, First Presbyterian Church and Grace Lutheran Church will lead the service.

The Rev. Linda Tucker, new lead pastor of First United Methodist Church of Corvallis, will preach on the topic “To Be Distinguished,” focusing on Luke 14:1-14. The Gratitude Jazz Band will provide music. Holy Communion will be served.

An offering will be taken to support the Corvallis School District’s funds for homeless education and opportunities for success.

In case of rain, the service will take place at First Presbyterian, 114 SW Eighth St.
