Registration and check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. with the 5-kilometer walk along the Midge Cramer Path scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. A market village that includes Ethiopian food, music, exhibits and kids activities runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration, which also is available at www.corvalliswalk4water.com, costs $10 for individuals and $30 for families.

All proceeds benefit clean water projects in Gondar, Ethiopia. Since 2010 the sister city project has paid for 20 drinking wells, including three in 2017.
