Old Mill Center for Children and Families is throwing its 34th annual dinner auction, “Surfs Up for Kids a Luau Party,” on Friday, May 9, at the CH2M Hill Alumni Center.
Participants are invited to put on their favorite luau attire for the Hawaiian-themed evening.
Each ticket includes hors d’oeuvres, a plated dinner, drinks and a silent and live auction. Live auction items include a two-week trip in Thailand, a wine tasting from Corvallis Country Club and Kastle Hill winery for up to 30 people, and a week-long photo safari in South Africa. Many local wineries and breweries will have products in the silent auction baskets along with passes to places like Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club and Three Rivers Casino.
Tickets are $75 a person. Sponsorship options also are available. A limited number of raffle tickets are available at $100 each. For more information, ticket sales and auction or raffle details, see www.oldmillcenter.org/surfs-up-for-kids/.
