THURSDAY, FEB. 22

MENACING: 11 a.m., 600 block of Southwest Madison Avenue, Corvallis. Two people reported a man had menaced them with a tire iron near Central Park. Police reportedly identified the suspect as Marty K. Dorland, 53, of Corvallis. Police went to Dorland’s address, where they seized a tire iron. Dorland was reportedly intoxicated. Police cited Dorland for menacing and driving under the influence of intoxicants.

FAIL TO REPORT AS SEX OFFENDER: 3:40 p.m., 180 Northwest Fifth Street, Corvallis. Police cited Keenan Lee Michelson, 22, of Philomath, for failing to report as a sex offender.
