TUESDAY, JULY 10
DAMAGING PROPERTY: 9:12 a.m., 900 block of Northwest Hobart Avenue, Corvallis. Police cited Anthony Carl Jozwiak, 39, of Corvallis, for damaging property after he allegedly tampered with and damaged a power meter in order to receive power to his residence after it was shut off.
DUII: 2:49 p.m., Northwest Ninth Street and Northwest Hayes Avenue, Corvallis. Police responded to Jacksons Food Store for a report of an impaired driver who had fallen asleep behind the wheel after parking in the parking lot. Officers reportedly found used syringes and a spoon with burnt residue on the driver's side floor board. Police arrested Eric Michael Bereskin, 35, of Philomath, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, unlawful possession of heroin and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

TUESDAY, JULY 10
BURGLARY: 9:30 a.m., 265 South Fifth St., Monroe. An employee at Broadley Vineyards reported a burglary. Deputies determined someone broke a garage door and made entry into the building. The employee reported $100 was missing.
TRESPASSING: 6:21 p.m., 25800 block of Starr Creek Road, Corvallis. A woman reported hearing a cellphone ring and a man talking in the tree line behind her house. Deputies searched the area but did not find anyone. They recommended the woman set up trail cameras.
