TUESDAY, NOV. 7
THEFT: 7:48 a.m., 4400 block of Northwest Appletree Place, Corvallis. A woman reported that at least $20,000 of her belongings were stolen from her room in October, including diamond rings, power tools and a laptop.
HARASSMENT: 12:48 p.m., 400 block of Southwest Third Street, Corvallis. A woman reported she had been standing in line at the Safeway deli when a man she did not know kicked her in the back of her leg. When the woman confronted the man, he said he did not kick her. Police gathered a photo of the suspect from the store’s security cameras and are looking for him.
COUNTERFEIT MONEY: 3:30 p.m., 1900 block of Northwest Ninth Street, Corvallis. An employee at Oregon State Credit Union reported the bank received a counterfeit $100 bill in a deposit. The employee does not suspect the person depositing the bill knew it was counterfeit. Police entered the bill into evidence.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 12:50 p.m., 24300 block of Old Peak Road, Philomath. A man reported that on Saturday someone accessed an outdoor area for his Harris’s hawk and disconnected the hawk’s leash from the perch.
