The Salman Alfarisi Islamic Center and the Muslim community in the city of Corvallis cannot find appropriate words to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation to each and every member of the city of Corvallis and beyond who expressed their sincere feelings of condolences, love, care, and support, and who reject all forms of hatred and violence.

Your support and presence next to us consoled us, uplifted us, and assured us that we are living among our own family. All your tremendous efforts in this difficult time reached our hearts and souls, and will enlighten our lives forever. We are all very grateful and blessed to be among you. Our sincere gratitude and appreciation goes out to all religious institutions and their representatives and staff, in Corvallis and in Oregon and even beyond who rushed to stand by our side showing their condolences, support, love, and care in a very beautiful heartfelt way and declaring their clear opposition to all forms of hatred, bigotry, and violence.

Our sincere gratitude and appreciation goes out to all those who came in person to the Islamic Center conveying their deep condolences and showing their love, care, and support, and those who brought beautiful bouquets of colorful flowers, wonderful cards, lovely emails, and letters inquiring about our well-being and offering their condolences, unconditional support, and solidarity; thank you so very much.

Likewise, we are grateful and thankful to those who arranged and sponsored the rally that happened on March 24 in Corvallis' Central Park, to those who participated and spoke in this event, including the mayor of the city of Corvallis, and to those who then came to the Islamic Center in a show of unity and love. Such events reflect a very beautiful show of love, care, and support; rejecting all forms of hate, violence, and terrorism.

Our sincere gratitude and appreciation goes out to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and its entire staff for their support and care. Our sincere gratitude and appreciation goes to the Benton County district attorney and the deputy Benton County district attorney and their entire staff for their support and care. Our sincere gratitude and appreciation goes out to the chief of the Corvallis Police Department and the staff of the Police Department for their support and care. Every Muslim in the city of Corvallis and beyond is greatly appreciative to all for your love, care, and support.

What happened here is a vivid and clear demonstration of the true beautiful colors of all people of Corvallis and all Oregonians who have been displaying such an amazing show of love, care, and support every time violence strikes. Every one of you gave in his and her way a genuine beautiful model to show all mankind how to respond to hate and violence; and that is by love, care, and kindness.

Thank you so very much and we are sincerely grateful and appreciative to you all. Please accept this gratitude and appreciation as a personal gratitude and appreciation from every one of us to every one of you. Thank you so much.
