This letter is in support of Max Mania for Benton County commissioner.
I have lived and worked in Benton County since 1979 and raised three children here. I have loved and appreciated my life in this area. As a child development specialist/educator, I care deeply about preserving the health of this county for generations to come. I believe Max Mania has the values and experience to support the future of Benton County. Max cares about homelessness, the burden of high rent and lack of housing for families, environmental justice, and working on climate change at a local level. Max cares about addressing mental health issues, poverty, and children’s issues.
As a commissioner, I have no doubt Max will be dedicated to building bridges and working with programs that support children and families. As a candidate, Max has walked the walk in his support of children by suggesting donors give 50 percent of a donation to a program such as the Old Mill Center for Children and Families, the Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence, or the Boys and Girls Club, then give the rest of the donation to his campaign. This I admire and appreciate.
This election doesn’t include a Republican, so it’s a chance to vote for a true progressive who will stand for all Benton County residents. I believe this guy is the real deal, so I’m voting for Max Mania. Visit his website at www.mania4benton.org to read in detail Max’s experience and campaign issues.
