Anne Filson's recent letter to the editor was a good submission. However, in my mind, it gives rise to another issue that has been bothering me regarding the wall. My question is: How are the folks who are in the party of President Trump going to be able to understand your letter when they still have not gotten the huge hint that has been hanging around for the last two years?
That hint is this: For the last two years the party of Trump has had control of both the legislative and executive branch's of government but has not passed a bill that addresses building a border wall. Hint? A border wall is not important! How else do you come to terms with this fact? Not one single congressperson from the party of Trump put forth a bill and if they did and I missed it; it certainly did not go anywhere! Why? Because it is not important! Border security is important and I am guessing that is where those in the party of Trump get confused.
By the way, to those in the party of Trump: Who is paying for the wall? I don't see any pesos!
