How curious that we have racists that write letters accusing others of racism, just because these others have the temerity to point out the lasting damage caused by past and continuing racism. Pretending racism doesn't exist does not make it go away. That kind of fantasy thinking has led to Congress and the Supreme Court gutting the meager protections enacted in an earlier age. Which has led to greater disenfranchisement and persecution. Or is such "thinking" just racism with a thin veneer of rationalization?
