Information comes from the Philomath Police Department and the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. It does not include all calls for service. THURSDAY, FEB. 8

WARRANT: Philomath Police issued a citation to Juan Antonio Lua, 35, of Monroe, after he turned himself in on a warrant at 4:30 p.m.

SATURDAY, FEB. 10

MARYS PEAK: Benton County Sheriff's Office deputies took a report via telephone of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and aggravated first-degree theft. A man had parked his vehicle on Marys Peak Road near Parker Creek. While hiking, someone broke into his rear passenger-side window and took bags containing about $10,000 worth of items.

CRASH: Benton County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of a single-vehicle rollover crash with injuries on Kings Valley Road near Hoskins Road. According to a report, an animal jumped in front of the vehicle causing the driver to swerve and lose control. The vehicle rolled about 2-1/2 times. The driver and her passengers had visible minor injuries and were transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center for evaluation.

SUNDAY, FEB. 11

FIRE: Benton County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of a vehicle on fire on Bellfountain Road at milepost 9. The vehicle was identified as stolen out of Springfield. Because of the intensity of the fire, deputies were unable to locate and collect any evidence.

WALLET: Philomath Police responded at 3:15 p.m. to the Meet'N Place to take possession of a lost wallet.

DUII: Benton County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Peter Jackson Bradley, 39, city of residence unknown, for driving under the influence of intoxicants following a traffic stop for driving 91 mph on Highway 20 near Lilly Hill Road. The passenger, Amdystie Columbus, 33, of Salem, was arrested on a failure to appear and DUII warrant out of Marion County.

MONDAY, FEB. 12

TRUCK: Benton County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted traffic control on Bellfountain Road near milepost 75 after a truck lost a drive shaft u-joint, which also broke the truck's airlines and locked the brakes.

TUESDAY, FEB. 13

WARRANT: Philomath Police arrested Dusty Lee Burns, 35, of South Beach, at 11:05 p.m. in the 1400 block of Main Street on two active warrants from Albany Municipal Court.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 14

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Philomath Police responded at 8:30 a.m. to the 2100 block of Applegate Street for a report of vandalism. Somebody had spray painted on the front of the resident's enclosed cargo trailer.

THURSDAY, FEB. 15

ASSAULT: Philomath Police responded at 7:09 p.m. in the 1300 block of Applegate Street for a report of an assault in progress. An investigation led to the arrest of Shawn Ellis Sherer, 36, of Philomath, on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree assault and harassment. Sherer was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center for a medical evaluation and then to Benton County Jail. During the medical evaluation and jail intake process, Sherer reportedly attempted to assault multiple law-enforcement officers. Added to his charges were resisting arrest, interfering with a peace officer, third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of attempted assault on a peace officer.

CRASH: 9:02 a.m., Kings Valley Highway near milepost 25.

MEDICAL: 11:15 a.m., 100 block of North Eighth Street.

FIRE: Vehicle, 12:36 a.m., Bellfountain Road near milepost 9.

MONDAY, FEB. 12

MEDICAL: 2:07 p.m., 800 block of South 19th Street.

MEDICAL: 2:55 p.m., 35600 block of Phillips Lane.

MEDICAL: 4:06 p.m., 35600 block of Phillips Lane.

MEDICAL: 10:04 p.m., 200 block of South 15th Street.

THURSDAY, FEB. 15

MEDICAL: 7:15 p.m., 1300 block of Applegate Street.
