The West Albany boys basketball team earned their first Mid-Willamette Conference win of the season with a 62-51 win over Corvallis on Tuesday.
West was led by double-digit scoring from Koby Ruiz (16 points), Luke Killinger (15) and TJ Zimmerman (13).
CHS was paced by Maxwell Johnson's 14 points and Isaac Gabriel's 11.
The Bulldogs (3-10, 1-4) travels to North Salem on Friday while the Spartans (5-6, 4-1) host Silverton.
South Albany 68, Lebanon 53
South Albany got 14 points from Sam Myers to defeat the Warriors in a Mid-Willamette Conference game at South.
Jaden Lyons-Lopez added 12 points for South (10-1, 3-1), which resumes MWC play on Friday by hosting Crescent Valley.
Cole Weber had 25 points for Lebanon (3-7, 0-4), which plays at Central on Friday in its next MWC game.
Jefferson 65, Central Linn 61 (OT)
JEFFERSON — Jefferson outscored Central Linn 11-7 in overtime to win the Central Valley Conference game. Regulation ended 54-54.
Jayden Eriksen had 21 points, Diego Rodriguez 18 and Leon Romo 15 for Jefferson. Robert Rowland and Anthony Anderson had 13 each for Central Linn.
Jefferson (6-4, 3-0) plays at Regis and Central Linn (1-2, 7-5) hosts East Linn Christian on Friday in each team's next CVC game.
Blanchet Catholic 41, Scio 40
SCIO — The Loggers couldn't come out on top of a nip and tuck battle as they fell to the Cavaliers.
Scio (4-8, 0-1) travels to Amity on Friday.
East Linn Christian 37, Lowell 35
LEBANON — The Eagles bounced back from last week's loss to Oakland with a close with over the Devils.
East Linn (7-6, 2-1) travels to Central Linn on Friday.
Regis 66, Monroe 50
STAYTON — The Dragons dropped their sixth straight contest with a loss to the Rams. Monroe (5-8, 0-3) hosts Oakland on Friday.
La Pine 45, Harrisburg 36
LA PINE — La Pine topped the Eagles in the Mt. Valley Conference game. Harrisburg (2-13, 0-2) resumes league play on Friday by hosting Pleasant Hill.
Corvallis improved to 4-1 in Mid-Willamette Conference play with a 58-36 victory over West Albany at CHS.
Daniella Dursch-Smith led the Spartans with 14, Anna Dazey 12, Ruby Krebs nine and Jordan Taylor six.
The Spartans (6-5, 4-1) play at Silverton and West Albany (6-7, 1-4) hosts West Salem on Friday in each team's next league game.
Lebanon 74, South Albany 48
LEBANON — The Warriors upped their winning streak to two games with a win over the RedHawks.
Megan Miller had 18 points and Mary Workman added nine assists for Lebanon. Blake Barbee and Taylor Lewis had 10 points each for South.
Lebanon (8-3, 3-1) hosts Central on Friday while South Albany (5-8, 0-4) travels to Crescent Valley.
East Linn Christian 35, Lowell 30
LEBANON — Grace Wilson scored 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead the Eagles to the Central Valley League victory.
Emma Roth added 13 points for ELC (8-5, 2-1), which resumes league play on Friday at Central Linn.
Philomath 56, Sweet Home 24
SWEET HOME — The Warriors upped their winning streak to seven games thanks to a win over the Huskies.
Philomath (12-2, 2-0) hosts Cascade on Friday while Sweet Home (1-12, 0-2) hosts Stayton.
Central Linn 42, Jefferson 14
JEFFERSON — The Cobras bounced back from a Saturday loss to Oakland by cruising past the Lions.
Jessica Neal had 17 points and six steals and Colleen McLaughlin had nine points for Central Linn.
Central Linn (11-1, 2-1) hosts East Linn on Friday and Jefferson (2-9, 0-3) travels to Regis.
La Pine 58, Harrisburg 49
LA PINE — Harrisburg fell to La Pine in the Mt. Valley Conference game. The Eagles (10-5, 0-2) resume league play on Friday by hosting Pleasant Hill.
Monroe 48, Regis 27
STAYTON — The Dragons upped their winning streak to three games with a win over the Rams.
Kyndal Martin and Laura Young each had 13 to pace the Dragons. Mirtha Lopez and Ashley Sutton added nine a piece.
Monroe (10-2, 3-0) hosts Oakland on Friday.

SCIO — The Loggers' losing streak stretched to three games by way of a loss to the Cavaliers.
Scio (1-12, 0-1) travels to Amity on Friday.
Alsea 53, Mapleton 10
MAPLETON — The Wolverines bounced back from Monday's loss to Country Christian with a rout of Mapleton.
Alsea (7-7, 5-0) hosts Eddyville Charter on Thursday.
West Albany swept a Mid-Willamette Conference dual from Corvallis at the Osborn Aquatic Center. The boys won 208-77, the girls 206-80.
Winners for the West boys were Kieran Van Horsen (100 free, 200 free); Braxton Reece (200 IM); Eric Formiller (50 free); Dylan Hayes (500 free) and Gabe Ayala (100 backstroke).
Winners for the West girls were Allie Bates (200 free, 500 free); Natalie Baas (100m breaststroke, 200 IM); Taylor Kelley (50 free); Isabel Vetter (100 butterfly) and Bailey Dickerson (100 free, 100 backstroke).
Nic Ashland won the 100 butterfly and the 100 breaststroke for the CHS boys.
